Sisters! My good friend Jen’s girls, Grayson and Avery, are always such a blast to photograph. There is always a fair amount of twirling and giggling and beautiful, sweet poses that they somehow just know how to do. This year, we had a little too much fun with confetti! I don’t know what packs more sparkle: their party dresses or their amazing smiles! I was pumped to snap a few family shots with Jen and Ben this year, as well. Everyone’s “laughing smiles” were fantastic. Thanks for coming out, guys… I had the best time with you all!
Every year I look forward to the block of holiday mini sessions I shoot in my good friend Jenn’s awesome studio. This year, we had a few different setups to play around with: cozy holiday and festive holiday. It’s amazing that every family had 20 minutes and the same backdrops, and yet every one of these sessions is so different. I love the personalities that came out for each family, and that everyone got really into it.
First up was Lisa with her two amazing kiddos, Jack and Delaney. I always have a ton of laughs with these guys, and this year was no exception. I LOVE their matching Christmas jammies, and can almost feel the excitement and joy that they are sure to have when Christmas Eve actually rolls around. Thanks for coming out, guys! That was SO MUCH FUN!
What do you get when three of my favorite families get together for a morning of mini sessions? SO MUCH FUN! I was thrilled to catch up with my little friends Owen, Brooks, Quinn, Oliver, Henry, Rory, and Tess last weekend. These cousins are so great together, and they all did a fantastic job during our chilly time together. It may look like fall in these pictures, but it felt like winter! Thanks for having me over, Tracy, and Brendan, and it was great to see you Brigid, John, Sarah, and Kevin. Your kids are all stars!
Oh my goodness, did it get cold FAST! We skipped right over Fall and went straight to Winter this year. But that didn’t stop my little friends Benji and Nate from rocking their mini session with me last Friday morning. I was so excited when my friend, Dani, asked me to capture a few moments with her two cuties, and the boys were troupers on a cold and windy morning as we (quickly!) discovered some neat backdrops at Independence Grove. It’s amazing what we got done in 20 minutes! It was SO GREAT to see you and the boys, Dani! Maybe next time we plan on a summer session?!
