Mike and I had such a great time with Aly and Matt last Sunday morning in Millennium Park. They are expecting their first baby in July and can’t wait for her to arrive. Aly, you look beautiful! I can’t believe that over a year has passed since I took Geneva and Shay’s maternity photos, and last Saturday afternoon I had the pleasure of meeting their lovely daughter, Jaye, as family and friends gathered to celebrate her first birthday. It was such a happy day and the house was overflowing with laughter and love. Thank you so much for having us be a part of the fun, Geneva and Shay! Jaye is just beautiful and the perfect addition to your wonderful family.
Mike and I got the biggest kick out of these two brothers last Saturday morning. Ian is quite the charmer, easily handing out smiles and hugs. Brody was always on for us, ready with big smiles, and he sure knew how to use his big, blue eyes to his advantage. The camera loved them both…and so did we. “Oh, I could just gobble you UP!,” Jessica said as she cuddled her 4-week-old, Viviana last Thursday afternoon. I have to say, the feeling was mutual. Holy cow…so, so, so adorable. Love Viviana’s head of hair, her amazing alertness and curious eyes and the fact that she actually smiled a few times during the session. Whether rocking jeans and a sweater (on a 4-week-old…I can’t get enough of that!), just a diaper or while wrapped up like the cutest burrito ever, Viviana was a true top model and gave me her very best. It was amazing to see the love, excitement and flat-out wonder these new parents had for their baby girl. It was a pleasure to capture these special moments…thanks for sharing them with me!
