Happy New Year, friends! How is it February already?! 2018 is off to a quick start. I have many fun shoots and new offerings this year for JSP, and I’m excited to share them with you. To kick the year off right, I’m hosting a block of mini sessions on Sunday, Feb. 18th. Here are the details:
Who: Adorable, smiley, cuddly, sweet clients…and me + my camera!
What: 20 minute sessions, 10 retouched digital images (+full rights) for $170
When: Sunday, Feb. 18th from 9AM-11AM
Where: Jenn Shaffer Photography Studio, 2908 W. Fullerton Ave., Chicago
I need at least THREE families to make this a go, so the first three clients to book will get an extra 5 digital images and a discount to purchase a brag book. It’s a great deal, and it’ll be a fun time, so pass along this info to anyone you know who is engaged and looking for a few cute save-the-date images, or has a newborn, or a child with a spring birthday, or just wants some fresh, sweet moments captured for their family.
Email me at jensoaresphotography@gmail.com with questions or to reserve your spot today. Hope to see many of you there!

Me (at “Breakfast with Santa” last weekend): “Eloise! You really shouldn’t be naughty when Santa is RIGHT HERE!”
And that’s a wrap for 2017! The past month and a half has been a complete whirlwind…the busiest holiday card season I have had in the 10+ years that I have been lucky enough to own this business. I have been postponing sneak peeks for individual sessions in order to have enough time to deliver photos for my November and December clients. That said, we had such a great time during these sessions, and I really love all of the happy, cuddly, special photos so much that I wanted to share just a few of them with you.
So glad you take time to stop and take notice of all your blessings in life along the way! That’s so important. You never know what life is going to deal you. Also your children grow so fast and they’ll never be as young as they are now ever again. I kept telling my daughters that I wanted to dip them in paraffin so they wouldn’t grow as fast. What’s wonderful too, is when they marry and have children of their own, you get to enjoy your grandchildren often at a slower pace which is SUCH a blessing!!!
Jenny,
You write so beautifully and hit the nail on the head. Dad and I are so very thankful for you and your incredible family.
