I always look forward to my sessions with Gavin and Maggie. Not only are these two adorable and tons of fun, but they are full of smiles and willing to try a lot of poses. Especially if we can take a break to search for acorns or jump off of an awesome tree stump in Katherine Legge Park. It was wonderful to see you, as always, Heather and Kevin. These two! I seriously wanted to reach right through my computer screen and hug them as I was editing these photos, they are SO STINKING CUTE! I always have a great time catching up with Theo, Ozzie, and their awesome mom, Genevieve, and this year was no exception. And, as an added bonus, they brought along their Nana for a few photos, too. It was great seeing you guys…thanks for a great time.
I have taken photos for several members of this fun family in the past, so when another chance to capture special memories for them last weekend arose, I was very excited. Twins Brigid and Brendan are turning 40, and their whole, big, wonderful family, as well as many friends, came out to the Five and Dime in Evanston to celebrate with a rooftop party. Happy Birthday, Brigid and Brendan! Thanks for including me in the fun. Looking forward to seeing some of you again for holiday card photos soon!
I haven’t seen Josh and Cora in three years…they’ve grown and changed so much! They brought their best smiles to Lincoln Park last weekend, and we had an absolute blast together. I love how much variety we got because of these two happy, willing participants. Did you know you had two top models on your hands, Jenny and Brandon? Thanks for a fantastic time…it was wonderful catching up with you four again!
Last weekend, I returned to the beautiful North Park Nature Center with one of my favorite families to take some very special photos. Hadley and Paxton brought their A-games…they are so excited to meet their new sibling soon. These photos are so dreamy! The bright light, the tall grass…Hollye, I love the vision you had.
