3 months is such a great age. I love how cuddly and round and smiley babies are at this age. What I am finding hard to believe is that my little buddies, Parke and David, are already so big! I swear I just took their newborn photos a second ago. They are cuter than ever, and we had so much fun hanging out on Monday. Thanks, Meg and David! It was great seeing you four again!
You know it’s going to be another scorcher when it’s over 90 degrees at 9AM. I’m really over this weather, I have to say. But luckily for me, Ella and Jacob are amazing sports and rocked their photo shoot last Sunday morning despite the crazy temperatures. Millennium Park can be a rough venue in the sense that there is very little shade at certain times of the day to take refuge in. From 9-10AM last weekend…there wasn’t any so we were stuck in the sun for our full hour together. By the end of the session, everyone was ready for a little fun in the fountains. And man, did that feel good! It was great seeing you four again, Matt, Krisha, Ella and Jacob! Enjoy the rest of your summer.
Love this family! We always have the best time with Payton and Gemma. Watching them grow up has been such a pleasure for us. They were troupers in excessive heat last Saturday morning and didn’t let it stop them from horsing around a little bit. They always make the greatest silly faces as rewards for doing the “serious” family poses. It was great catching up with you, Craig and Diana! Enjoy the rest of your summer.
I never know what I am going to get when a session involves a 3-year-old. But Presley was about as accommodating, friendly and charming as possible. What a breath of fresh air! She and her sister, Harper, were top models when we got together for photos last Friday morning. We had a great time taking some cuddly family photos with Mom, Dad, Mimi and Isreal, who is visiting for the summer from Mexico, in the AC before heading out to the park. We wrapped up our time together getting some fun one-year smash cake shots of Harper. She was delicate with her cupcake but really enjoyed every bite, too! So much fun. It was great meeting you all…thanks for a great time, Shirley and Grant!
One thing’s for sure: if my sister, Becky, would have been at this shoot with me last Sunday morning, we would have had a great time playing with Brooke and Megan and all of their girly toys. Beck…we were SO born at the wrong time! Barbies and Disney princesses have gotten so much cooler since we were Brooke and Megan’s age. You should have seen their great Barbie mansion and car…sigh. Anyhow…I digress. It’s always fun hanging out with these two young ladies and I am finding it hard to believe how big they have both gotten since the last time Mike and I took their photos. It was great catching up with you four, Carrie and Mark! Thanks for spending the morning with us.
