I was so excited to meet the newest addition to one of my favorite families last week! Baby Jake is such a darling. And this photo shoot was extra special because it was Big Brother Cameron’s birthday! Cam is so sweet with Jake, and it was wonderful to see everyone so happy. Congratulations again, Kelly and Joe!
